If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. arvie is not a substitute for emergency help, and reports made to us are reviewed by our team, not monitored in real time.
Report content or a user
If you see a post, comment, profile, group, or course review that breaks our Community Guidelines — harassment, hate speech, nudity, impersonation, scams, or anything else that shouldn't be on arvie — you can report it in two ways:
- In the app — tap the "···" menu on the post, comment, or profile and choose Report, where that option is available in your version of the app.
- By email — send info@arviegolf.com a link or screenshot of the content, the username involved, and a short description of the issue. This always works, whether or not you have in-app reporting yet.
What happens next: every report is reviewed by our team. We aim to review reports within 2 business days, and act sooner on urgent safety issues. If we confirm a violation, we remove the content and warn, suspend, or permanently ban the account depending on severity — see our enforcement policy. We don't share the identity of the reporter with the reported user.
You can also block another user directly from their profile at any time to stop seeing their content and prevent them from interacting with you.
Report a technical issue or bug
Found something broken — a crash, an incorrect score, a sync issue, or anything else that isn't working as expected? Email info@arviegolf.com with:
- A description of what happened and what you expected instead
- Steps to reproduce it, if you can
- Your device model and app version (Profile → Settings → About)
- A screenshot or screen recording, if relevant
We read every report and use them to prioritise fixes. We aim to acknowledge technical reports within 3 business days.
Child Safety Standards
arvie is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We take the safety of minors on our platform seriously and apply a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.
- Zero tolerance: any content that sexualises, endangers, or exploits a minor is removed immediately upon discovery, and the responsible account is permanently banned without warning.
- Legal reporting: where required by law, we report confirmed CSAE content and the accounts responsible to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement.
- No tolerance for grooming or predatory behaviour: attempts by adults to build inappropriate relationships with minors, solicit personal information from them, or direct them off-platform for inappropriate purposes will result in an immediate permanent ban.
- Age requirement: account creation requires users to confirm they are 13 or older. Accounts we identify as belonging to a child under 13 are removed.
Reporting a child safety concern
- Do not engage with, share, or forward the content further, even to report it.
- Report it immediately via the in-app Report option (if available) or by emailing info@arviegolf.com with the username, a description, and — where safe to do so — a link or screenshot.
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement, or a body such as the NCMEC CyberTipline, in addition to reporting to us.

- You can permanently delete your account and data at any time, directly in the app.
- Data is only shared with the service providers needed to run the App (listed in our Privacy Policy), and never with data brokers.
