How to delete your account
- Open the arvie app and sign in.
- Go to your Profile tab.
- Tap the Settings icon (gear icon, top right).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Permanently delete my account."
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
No longer have the app installed? Submit the form below with the email address on your account and we'll process the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account immediately and permanently removes:
- Your profile — email, username, bio, avatar, handicap, home course, and bag setup
- All posts, photos, and videos you've shared
- Your golf rounds and scores
- Comments, likes, and reposts you've made
- Your follows and followers
- Group memberships and competition entries
- Course reviews you've submitted
- Your push notification token
What's retained
Nothing personally identifiable about you is retained after deletion. Standard server request logs (IP address and timestamps, not linked to your deleted profile) may persist for up to 90 days for security purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy, after which they are purged on our normal rotation.
